Top mistakes I see people making with their progress…
Weight loss - starving themselves and then binge-eating. It’s beneficial to be PROACTIVE with your diet.
The reason we are binging is because we aren’t eating enough in the day and specifically enough protein.
Front load the protein and sometimes eating even if you aren’t hungry, will mean that later you don’t binge.
With Strength - Ego lifting gets in the way of your progress - trying to load up but losing form. You know that you’ve lost your form & tension on the target muscles but you want to move the heavier thing for the sake of it. Thats getting in the way of your progress.
For Results - you have to show up anyway. Injured? So are 60% of the population of most gyms. You have to keep showing up and adapting things to continue momentum. The worst thing you can do is stop.
Can’t eat healthy cause of the kids? I have trained hundreds of people who have made life changing weight loss results who have kids from infants to teenagers to 20 year olds. It’s up to you to make progress not excuses.
