Cold Plunge be getting Chilly! 🥶 But, Hard things done together is a Challenge overcome ! Always a great feeling afterwards - challenge yourself this Saturday along (new) friends! 🙌🏽 nothing builds friendship quite like going into cold water together 😂

Free event 🥳 Meet new friends, walk or run to the sunrise, cold plunge 3 mins and experience a peace, a joy and a love like never before as we get into prayer and worship on the beach! 🙌🏽 You do not need to believe in God to come and have an amazing morning in the sunshine! ☀️ you also do not need to be a seasoned runner.. What better way to start the weekend then getting amongst like minded individuals who encourage one another towards growth!
Many of us walked away from God, did life on our own terms and realised it wasn’t the life it was sought out to be! Coming to a simple faith-based run club and encountering God on the beach was what catalysed positive change in life our lives! Maybe you have been feeling a drawing?
