HIIT Pilates is an incredible workout if you’re interested in High Intensity but LOW IMPACT training.
What does this mean? HIIT Pilates is an intense, full body workout designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and improve overall health.
The best thing about it is it is ZERO IMPACT, therefore protecting your joints and muscles from the pounding of other exercises like running and jumping.
Our HIIT Pilates class times are:
Thursdays 6:30am in Stonefields
Saturdays 7am opposite Okahu Bay
