What a transformation!!! ❤️‍🔥

So proud of this incredible woman 🥹 - she’s been putting in the workkk postpartum and look at her!! We kept things simple and sustainable … 3-4 strength sessions / week, a personalised & flexible nutrition plan, moving more throughout her day, and staying as consistent as she could. She hasn’t felt restricted at all, so has been able to enjoy her plans whilst creating sustainable habits that will last post-coaching 🙏🏼. The best part? Because she’s been pouring into and looking after herself, she’s been able to show up for her child with more energy and a fresh confidence! 🤍

My amazing online coaching client’s recent ONE month progress after eating 2,000+ calories, resistance training only 3x / week (1x with me in-person ☺️), following a step target, no cardio (shock horror), and just showing up consistently but not focusing on perfection…and the results are speaking for themselves 🥹.

Transformation Wednesday 👏👏

D just wrapped up 8 weeks of training and nutrition and dropped 16.5 cm overall! But the best part? She did it while enjoying a variety of delicious meals, never feeling restricted, and building habits that actually fit her lifestyle.

6 week transformation ✨

It’s amazing what 6 weeks of being consistent can do 🔥. This amazing client lost 25cm total over her body and 7.8kg by following a training program and personalised nutrition plan, enjoying a variety of delicious meals with a sustainable approach where she’s able to go out, enjoy and know how to navigate eating out too 🙌
