Over the next few weeks, we’ve got some exciting schedule updates as a few of our trainers head back to uni — and we’re so excited for what’s ahead!

Here’s who you’ll be seeing:
🔥 Chontelle is taking over Tuesday mornings, Tuesday evenings, and Wednesday mornings — that’s three chances a week to experience a Chontelle class (IYKYK) 🤪
🔥 Sammy will be stepping in for alternate Monday evenings - the perfect way to kickstart your week. 
🔥 Lili is adding Wednesday evenings and Thursday mornings to her schedule, alongside her usual alternate Saturdays — more chances to train with her!
🔥 Taylah and Jordyn will be swapping their Tuesday and Thursday lunch times so you’ll catch Jordyn on a Tuesday and Taylah on a Thursday!

As always, if you have any questions, just reach out — otherwise we’ll see you in the studio ready to work! 💪🏽✨
