MOVEMBER RUN SAGA | HAUORA X SOUL RUNNERS 🌞
We’re stoked to announce a collaboration with The Soul Collective to offer twice-weekly runs for the month of [M]ovember, raising awareness and fundraising for the health of our tāne. 🫶🏼
Movember is a kaupapa centred around the support and awareness of men’s mental health and su***de prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer; challenging the stigmas and helping men live happier, healthier and longer lives. 🤎

MINDFUL ARTS & CRAFTS ARVO 🎨

MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS WEEK | 26TH SEP - 2ND OCT 💜
We invite you to board our waka as we collectively explore different ways we can all show up for ourselves and our hauora hinengaro. 💭
Rāhina: Let’s get physical! Bring along a friend, spouse or whānau member for “couples therapy”, a 60-minute partner workout designed to make you sweat and connect! ✌🏽
Rātu: We’ve partnered up with Loren Luisa for some guided mindful journalling, centred around setting intentions for the remainder of 2022. 🔥
Rāapa: Reconnect with the four walls of your hauora whare with Āwhina Wellness as we embark on a journey of meditation-infused Yin Yoga guided by Te Whare Tapa Whā. 🧺
Rāpare: Motion is lotion! 💦 A leisurely 5k community run from the studio for all abilities. Time to connect with the ground beneath our feets.
Rāmere: 🍔 & 🍺! Nothing brings people together like kai and a cheeky beverage. Meeting at the studio for an evening of takeout and kōrero. (Shout your burger and we’ll sort the rest!)
