Did you know:
- Jumping on a mini trampoline specifically improves dynamic balance, the type of balance required when you're walking, climbing stairs or standing in place. In older people, this can lower the risk of falls. The earlier this gets trained the better for sure.
- Jumping is better on your joints than regular exercises on the ground e.g. running. Much of the force of jumping and landing is absorbed by the trampoline's elastic surface (80% less impact).
- Jumping preserves & strengthens in particular the pelvic floor muscle and the pelvic floor function can be improved.
- Jumping is extremely efficient to burn unwanted calories (10 minutes on the trampoline is equal to a 30-minute run)
- Jumping makes happy & is a lot of fun especially when done within a group setting.
