First Waves Kick Off: 8:00 AM sharp this Sunday! ⏱️

Spectator Zone: Check the map layout! Space on the main floor is limited, so please stick to the designated Spectator Zone to keep our athletes safe. 👥

Support Local: Grab your crew, come along to support your local fitness community, and cheer your buddies on from BFT Mt Eden, BFT Blockhouse Bay, or BFT One Tree Hill through all 4 grueling zones! 🙌
