Mum and daughter duo
Ive been teaching Pilates to Mum for nearly 10 years, and her beautiful daughter has recently joined the studio, so why not bring them both in for a 2:1 session.
Did it get competitive? Yeah, a little bit 🤣
But, the real highlights were seeing them both so proud of each other ( those staggered pulses are no joke )
Also seeing how proud Mum is of her girl and how impressed her daughter was by Mum’s strength.
Love this bond for them.🤍

2025 - you were good !!!
It brought a new location, a dynamic mix of new and returning clients, progressions, new exercises - you would've heard the term " layers" and trust in the process — to my counting😏
As an instructor, few things are more rewarding than witnessing clients grow in strength, confidence, and consistency. Thank you for allowing me to support you all in your personal growth here in the studio.
So, here’s to a new year, new classes launching mid-February, and showing up each day with knowing confidence and purpose.

Quads on. Pilates style.
A few of the exercises in the studio this week, with some progressions focusing on the quads 🦵
Heel-raised + decline squats for next-level quads
Squats focus on slow, controlled movement to activate the quads and build lower-body strength.
Balance, stability, and precision are key!!!
Decline squats ( on the board) targets your quads through a greater ROM, lowering your heels increases quad activation and helps build control through your full range, also great for knee strength & mobility.
Heel-raised squats keep constant tension on the front of the legs 🔥
By elevating your heels, you isolate your quads, switches the core on and rom is deeper with control, plus these are great for ankle mobility. (If your a netballer then you'll know 🤭)
A perfect combo of Pilates and functional strength.
