Sway Now that the practise wall has been resealed, we are mindful of the noise impact on our neighbours. The wall is intended for gentle warm-ups and practising touch shots or volley skills.

Just a heads up that part of the upstairs deck has been pulled up to see the state of waterproofing below. This is the first stage of replacing the deck. It’s all safe but best if you keep off it

Due to low entry numbers, likely impacted by the school holidays, and the potential for wet weather, the Ngataringa Junior Tennis Committee has decided to postpone the 2026 Junior Club Championships scheduled for this weekend until Term 4.

We’re sorry to make this call, but we believe it will lead to a better experience for everyone, with more players involved and more reliable weather.

Thank you to those who entered—we really appreciate your support. We look forward to seeing you all back on court for the Club Champs in Term 4.

Club Champs Finals Day was held on Sunday and what a fantastic day it was at the club! After some great matches and plenty of competitive tennis, we’ve crowned our champions. We were also treated to a highly skilled exhibition match between two of our coaches, Pato and Remy, which was a great highlight of the day for everyone watching. Sunday 19th April will be used as a reserve day if required (e.g. large entry numbers or poor weather)

Sign-up sheets will be available in the clubrooms from 3pm onwards Tuesday 24th March

Entries close at 6:00pm on Tuesday 7th April

Please enter singles in one age group only

Players may enter multiple age groups for doubles if competent at that older level

Age eligibility is based on age as at 30 April 2026

If your child would like to play doubles but doesn’t have a partner, simply enter their name—we’ll do our best to match them with someone.

Event Schedule

Play will begin on Friday afternoon and, all going well, conclude on Saturday evening with a BBQ, cash bar, and prizegiving.

If needed, matches will continue on Sunday, followed by prizegiving.

A full timetable will be shared closer to the event.

The mixed doubles club champs was held today. Thanks to all the entrants who battled it out in beautiful weather. Congratulations to our finalists:
