The power of diversity: An interesting read... and something for companies to think about, as it's also relevant to internal comms.

Roundpegg, the culture management company, recently released the results of a study on the relationship between diversity and inclusion on engagement, working with Nike. The results are compelling: highly diverse teams are 13 times more likely to be engaged than the least diverse teams.

The company had 555 participants, and found that with every 10% increase in diversity there was a 6% increase in engagement.

Much like the proverbial builder's house - falling down while they fix, make and build other homes - I am finally getting my website, FB page, LinkedIn etc pages up and running. Really looking forward to my site going live - been a good experience. And nice to do it for Jigsaw (my baby) for a change!
