Been (more or less) sugar and refined flour free for a few days now...feeling much better for it and even a bit slimmer round the waist. By cutting out the sugar (except a bit of fruit) the cravings do gradually reduce.....

OK, Summer's coming time to get the 'Muffin Top' gone. Goals: No added sugar. No processed grains. Today: Porridge from rolled oats, sultanas and nuts for breakfast. Raw vegetable slaw for lunch with walnuts. Expecting to see a decent reduction in flab over the next few weeks!
