“The essence of performance is recovery.
Not only does Slow Movement Fitness Training (SMFT) help enhance movement biomechanics by training the respiratory and intrinsic stabilising systems, but this nervous system-led approach also aids in down-regulation by increasing the parasympathetic nervous system response, improving sleep quality, and maintaining joint glide.”
Coach Ben, Kaitiaki Endurance Sports

Vital Energy Yoga & Movement is hosting the next SMFT certification training in May. If you are a sports coach, trainer or instructor, this will add value.
