Spencer Matthews and I set an intention over the holidays to do some form of work together.
At the time, we didn’t know what that would look like. We just captured it as part of our joint 2026 planning.
And now, we have an update.
We’ve landed a weekly radio slot on More FM Rodney 88.9 called Get Real.
Alongside host Nick Rado, we’ll be having straight conversations that matter.
The focus is simple. We’ll talk about the things people are navigating in real life and work, but that often don’t get said out loud. And where we can, we’ll offer a few practical ways to think about and handle them.
We’ll share the links as each show goes live if you’d like to listen in.
The lesson from this exercise so far: Sometimes it starts with simply setting an intention, then staying open to where it might lead.
And honestly, this is a pretty fun way to do the work.

You may have seen the posts and still be wondering whether my women's leadership programme, SHIFT, is right for you.
Here’s a simple, no-risk way to find out.
On Tuesday, 10 February 2026, I’m running a short, sharp 30-minute online taster for SHIFT.
This session is designed to give you a clear sense of how the programme works and whether it’s a good fit.
As a bonus, you’ll leave with sharper questions about your own leadership style, and clearer insight into where it’s serving you well — and where it may be costing you more than you realise.
SHIFT is designed for seasoned women leaders and business owners who are ready to grow by understanding their leadership more deeply.
The programme helps you:
🎯 better understand your inner game of leadership
🎯 gain insight into how your leadership is experienced by others
🎯 lift impact and results without carrying more than you need to
🎯 lead more deliberately and intentionally, not just reactively
Many leadership programmes focus on developing tools, and that's useful early on in our careers.
But at this stage of our leadership journey, growth is often less about adding tools and more about understanding how you lead and the patterns you bring with you.
If you’re curious about why SHIFT is different, I’d love to see you.

For a long time, I avoided women’s leadership programmes because too many of them were built on the idea that women needed fixing, we needed to ‘show up’ differently to fit in.
Too often, development focuses on helping women adapt to existing systems, rather than enabling them to lead confidently from who they are.
The issue was never talent or capability. To me, it was the cost of constant self-editing to belong.
The irony that I’ve now created a women-only leadership programme isn’t lost on me.
Not because I’ve turned my back on the men I work with, I haven’t. I genuinely love that work and will keep doing it. I firmly believe that the inner game of leadership is approached differently for men and women. As a woman, I’m deeply committed to having that conversation with other women.
SHIFT isn’t about fixing women or loading you up with more tools.
It’s about creating the conditions for women to contribute fully. Not just taking a seat, but bringing judgment, insight, and authority to the table.
Who knows, maybe a men’s programme is on the horizon too.
And maybe one day, we will bring everyone back together again with these deeper insights and learnings.
So here’s the question worth sitting with:
What becomes possible when we SHIFT our thinking and our conversations so women are supported to contribute from the full depth of who they are and not just fit the system they’re in?

A Leadership Programme You Don’t Sit In – You Walk
During the COVID years, a question kept circling in my mind:
What if leadership development wasn’t something we learned in a room, but something we lived through experience?
That question eventually grew into Walk to Lead, a programme that brings together:
💡 Personal coaching before, during and after your Camino walk
💡 Simple yet powerful daily rituals
💡 Uninterrupted reflection
💡 Connection with leaders walking their own path
💡 Practices that strengthen your inner game and shift the way you think, act and influence
Walking works because it changes the rhythm.
Rhythm quietens the mind.
A quiet mind reveals insight and clarity.
When we pair walking with coaching, reflection, and meaningful tools, leaders begin to understand the patterns that shape their current impact. Clarity emerges. Decisions sharpen. Alignment strengthens.
Walk to Lead is limited to 12 leaders, ensuring the experience remains personal, immersive, and deeply supported.
If you’d like to explore whether this could be your next leadership step:
