Make TA2 your path
As part of our off season programme ,we are running a DRIVE AND EDUCATION DAY this month, and we would like you, or your driver to have the opportunity to partake
This is what we have previously done for 2 other very successful days.
Understanding the cars first then getting in the cars.
We would like to invite any potential interested parties to our TA2 Drive opportunity for this off-season.
This day is dedicated to potential teams/drivers who are looking to sample TA2 before commitment
The date at this stage will be Tuesday the 16th June or Thursday 18th June-Hampton Downs
We have exclusive use of the track for the afternoon and believe the day will answer many of your questions regarding TA2 , also yours and our future .
We have a nominal charge of $1300+gst per driver for the afternoon. This is refundable if you purchase or lease a car from TA2NZ.
A wee sneak preview of where TA2 is currently at.
-We now have 20 plus Cars here or on the way for 2026/27
-we ARE a MSNZ Championship series
-we are 100% aligned to Australia for Parity and ready again for Trans Tasman racing
-Australian teams are now preparing cars to race in NZ for this up and coming season
-when you purchase or run a TA2 you have full trackside support and backup from TA2NZ parts truck and team
-we have cars available for Sale now here in NZ…new and used
-we have cars available for lease
TA2NZ is fully committed and ready for 2026/27
The Afternoon Programme consists of…
-11.45- arrive at Hampton Downs GT Lounge (Northern End of pit lane garages upstairs)
-12- we sign drivers in, others more than welcome, team members , sponsors etc
-12.15- Andrew Turner and myself will introduce ourselves and company structure ,components, costs, with discussions around the cars, build options and the category’s direction and plans
-1pm we will go down to the cars in the garage’s to go over the cars as a group and discuss components lifeing, safety, drivetrain etc
- 2pm we will start rides, driver fitting etc
We will have our 2 x TA2 cars for the day available so we will be able to sort driver fitment, adjust etc where necessary.
A new car will be on display
The cars will first be on display for your perusal
We aim to be complete by 5pm…then a beer and chat in the lounge
We will also have this years TA2 NZ Champion Caleb Byers present to talk about his journey and path with TA2

Please be early or on-time for the beginning of the afternoon.
Please bring ALL of your driving/safety gear
We welcome you to be part of this , lets see if TA2 is for you….. we have exclusive track hire for this small group and as this is our 3rd afternoon doing this, we can gaurantee it will be a great afternoon.
This will enable you to have a great chance to sample the cars
