Hey Team my Name is Noah also known as Ive been in the fitness seen for a minute now and have met a lot of great like minded people that have taught me a lot about it. Though there is plenty more left to learn, I enjoy Fitness and believe that health is wealth. To be able to share my knowledge with people and gain heaps too also help others reach their goals is such a rewarding feeling and I’m fortunate enough to able to do this on a daily! My background is in body building, but I enjoy functional training because I believe that functional exercises help benefit me on a daily basis keeping mobile and less prone to injuries.
