( Weapons: Bo, Jo, Kali Sticks and more)
Tuesday and Thursday's 6pm Karate both Modern and traditional.
Wednesday 6.30pm Free Kick boxing classes.
Friday 6.30pm Jujitsu (restarting soon)
Saturday 9am Mixed class.

Well done to all of our students whom graded over the weekend. Congratulations to you all. Well done Myesha on achieving your 1st Dan Black Belt after 9years of hard training. Well deserved. As you can probably tell we're a fun bunch and enjoy our training. Last year we had a great time in Japan and planning another visit for 2026. Come have some fun, it's so easy you just need to turn up.
