Looking for a healthy and connected way to start your Sunday? Our fantastic yoga teacher Sattva is offering a FREE class in Auckland Domain this Sunday 21st at 10am. There is plenty of space and fresh air so there’s no worries about meeting social distancing requirements, it‘s all go for Level 2! Plus the weather forecast is mint! Head along and give this traditional, fully integrative style of yoga a go. Suitable for all ages and experience levels. Enjoy!

Hi Team! We must close for face to face sessions during Covid Level 3. So all appointments in the next few days are cancelled. We will be back in touch later in the week when we know what’s happening. Take care of yourselves and each other!
