Last night’s night dive with the tertiary team was something special. 🌙🤿
Surreal conditions, great visibility and plenty of life out and about after dark. It was also awesome to see so many crayfish around—a great reminder of how effective the local closures can be in giving populations a genuine chance to re-establish.
The team performed exceptionally well last night. Calm, capable and looking more and more like the dive professionals they’re becoming.
Next week they begin their Instructor training—the business end of the programme. 🔥

Today at auckland scuba we conducted rescue staff training. Although we forgot to take photos, Saskia and Lily have demonstrated beautifully on how it went.
