We hope you are all keeping safe and taking advantage of this unexpected family time. While we all navigate this Delta Variant situation over the next 7 days, please dont panic about your water. As an essential service, you can rest assured that we are here to take care of our communities need and we will continue to deliver any orders we have on the books.
As we’re doing our part to decrease the spread we will no longer be accepting cash payments and ask you all to pay via online banking. Our staff will be wearing protective gear to ensure yours and their own safty this will also mean if you have any requirements around your tank location etc, please ensure to include these details when making your booking rather than approaching our staff.

Hi there,
currently we are booked through to the end of April and already people are running out of water, please check your supply and if needed make a forward booking as there is availability in May, please dont leave it too late to book (there is no up front payment required) as i dont want you to get into the situation whereby you have to ask for an emergency load when there will be nothing available.
At this time I would like to thank all those who have sent kind messages of appreciation during this time and the past summer season and the stress we all experienced, my crew are taking all precautions to stay safe so when they are on your property please respect their safe space, many thanks.

The current rains are very welcome for the gardens and taking pressure off deliveries, if you have a booking for the next week or so please check your tanks and see if you need the water or not and you can either cancel the order or push the delivery date out if there is one available send me an email to [email protected] and have a merry xmas and happy new year and thank you for your business and patience during the dry periods, from Steve and all the team at Waiwater and Waiheke Party Ice.

***WATER UPDATE***
Hi everyone,
Due to the rising amount of water demand there is now a 2 week waitlist please be vigilant with your water usage and book your orders ahead of time to ensure you stay within a comfortable water level as we would like to keep urgent deliveries to a minimum this year.
Lastly there has been a small issue with the schools water supply and we have been asked to take care of them until this issue has been resolved if this has an impact on your scheduled order we will contact you as soon as possible and will endeavour to get your water delivery to you as quickly as possible.

Cancellations require 24 hours advanced notice, failure to provide such notice will result in 50% call out charge equal of the reserved service amount.
Please understand that when given late notice we may not be able to fill the time allocated and have staff on standby. We understand that due to natural forces adjustments are necessary therefore we respectfully request you give sufficient notice prior to the scheduled delivery.

Hi everyone, these are trying times at present and we are doing out best despite my many plea's over 3 months ago for people to book ahead online this was obviously ignored and now we have a situation whereby we are booked out through to mid march 2017 with many people double booking with other companies. driveways, if i cannot safely negotiate them or if i risk my driver and or truck i will not do that delivery no matter how much you argue with me, i believe that it is your responsibility to ensure that i have an unimpeded access to your tank and the maximum pumping capability of our pumps is 60m so if it is further than that we cannot do it. It looks like we are in for a longer summer period and we are all going to have to be patient and understanding, I'll continue to keep updates going just to let you know where we are. cheers Steve
