Better late then never, last Saturday we let the cat out of the bag. We purchased a new car for the upcoming season and I have no words to describe how it went. This car is a weapon.

🏁Race 1 started grid 5, after getting the hang of the car and battling with a difficult track got upto to 3rd but a few mistakes resulted in us finishing 6th

🏁Race 2 started grid 12, made our way up to 5th and had some good battles with Sam Wright, unfortunately got a tap going into turn 3 and popped a right rear with 2 laps remaining

🏁Race 3 started grid 7, managed to sneak our way into 1st on the first lap, managed to hold the lead for a few laps but got some attention on the 4th lap ending our race.

I am stoked on how the car performed and I am excited for the season ahead. Can’t thank my parents and crew enough for their support throughout the season, couldn’t have done it without you guys. And my wonderful partner who has put up with me throughout the season

Shoutout to the photographers for the photos.

Last night saw us head to Waikaraka Park for their second meeting of the season, heats 1 and 2 we were struggling big time with a handling problem which we are still trying to iron out, but we have finally managed to get on top of our fueling issue, so car was running mint besides the handling. Heat 3 was a different story, same handling issue but this time we ended the night upside down. Can’t complain at all, I had a blast, the new seat worked wonders, I managed to get out unscathed. I can’t thank my amazing crew enough for their support and help on the night, we have a big push to make next meeting but we’ll be there ready to go again 👌🏁

Well.... we finally found the massive handling issue we have been having, it probably helps if this thing is one whole piece, new one in and we’ll be good to go again 🤙🤙

No racing for the team this weekend, as have chosen to work instead of race to make a bit more coin. The next race meeting should be in a couple weeks time. See you all there 🤙🏁

Hi team, tonight’s meeting has been cancelled, next meeting will be the 6th & 7th Thanks all

Not the night we wanted tonight at the Auckland champs,

Race 1 started grid 2 and after changing shock mounts and springs we struggled majorly with a setup so ended up pulling off to prevent getting in anyone’s way.

Race 2 after a change in the spring setup we finally had an improvement, we were running about mid pack after starting grid 19 but ended up with another DNF due to the right rear tire popping.

Race 3 starting grid 32 right off that back, the plan for this race was to have a little fun and help the fellow Auckland cars out, but that plan ended straight away, after coming up to the grid the car completely cut out and wouldn’t fire back up, electrical gremlins are back.

It’s gonna be a busy time in the sheds getting on top of all these issues but we hope to be back for the next meeting.

Thanks to everyone that was there to help and support me tonight and thanks to all my sponsors for their endless support even after our disappointing season so far.

Cheers

This coming weekend it’s the Stockcar Auckland champs, we’re hoping for some luck to finally come our way and we hope that all the gremlins have disappeared, during our break we have made some alternations to the setup of the car, this included removing and repositioning the front shock mounts to help with the setup. We have also replaced the driveshaft with a new heavy duty one and also we arm in the process of replacing the torque arm as the other one let go a couple meetings back. Hope to see you all track side 🤙🏁
