Big effort yesterday.

For Time:
10 20 30 - HSPU
60 40 20 - DB Sn**ch @ 22.5/15kg
Alternating movements each time.
Plus, run 400m after round 1 (10/60) and round 2 (20/40).

The time cap for this is 16:00. If you need to scale the HSPU, we’d recommend scaling to box pike push-ups to target the same stimulus. And remember, you only run the 400m twice, for a total of 800m. Good luck.

PSA ~ Holding yourself accountable during rainy weather is hard but not impossible.

For the week ahead, the cold weather will test your commitment to your training. Tempting you to skip class and head straight home to a warm and cosy setup; now is the time to be stronger than your excuses.

Start strong by scheduling your training days, prepping your gym bag and making exercise a priority in your day. It’s your chance to test your self-accountability — to book into class, get layered up and chase the post-workout endorphins!

We’ll provide the workout and bangers, all you need to do is show up.

So game on rainy weather, game on!
