2025 was a year of so much personal growth. I started to embrace the wisdom I’ve acquired and let go of anything that didn’t enhance my life positively. I still have more to go but I’m well on my way!

I’ve met and made some wonderful friends who have brought so much more depth to my life. Moving countries was a huge upheaval and definitely has taken some time for me to get used to, but changing my mindset helped enormously.

Life always presents opportunities when we are ready for them so learning to embrace them when they come our way allows us to be more grateful and present.

I’m forever grateful for the work that I do that enables me to help people. Thank you to all of my students who put their faith in me as a teacher. I love what I do. 💕

I’m wishing a happy and healthy 2026 to all of my students, friends and followers. 🎆

My top tips for getting yourself back on track and ready to start the new year well.
1. Get up early, at the same time each day.
2. Start your day with a healthy breakfast.
3. Move your body in the morning. 20 minutes of well-executed exercise is better than an hour of thrashing about.
3. Get outside whatever the weather
4. Come and join me online! Daily, structured movement with a programme to follow.
Structure creates consistency.
