Lat Pulldowns are the same movement and often can be done with much better mechanics.

πΈLean Back Slightly
πΈLift the Chest
πΈLet the Shoulder Blades βglideβ freely

πΈSqueeze Shoulder Blades together and down into the back pockets - while keeping the chest βupβ every rep
πΈSqueeze and Pause the βLatsβ (muscles under your armpits) at the bottom of each rep
