World Tai Chi and Qigong Day is an annual event held on the last Saturday of April each year to promote Tai Chi and Qigong. This year, Jocelyn Watkin, of Kia Ora Tai Chi, organised a free tai chi class for those who have never done it, but wanted to give it a go. The venue was the picturesque Cornwall Park in Auckland, New Zealand. The event was a great success as can be seen on the video. Congratulations to all who took part!
