Can others help to make Council aware of the graffiti, vandalism & illegal dumping by reporting through Snap Send Solve. Itβs really easy to do & helps make the powers of be understand how bad this really is.
Fortunately itβs only the upper trails (currently closed) which are affected by the rubbish.

Trail conditions are great at the moment π Rode all the trails last night & can confirm that theyβre all riding great. Few muddy puddles left, however theyβll dry up pretty quickly.
Will get some Working Bee dates locked in and posted. Anyone keen to do some maintenance, feel free to trim the sides of the track and clear the clutter of fallen branches, sticks etc.
Illegal dumping is pretty bad in there at the moment, soβll get onto the council for this.
Am working on ideas to sort the access to the Upper trails, so this is a work in progress.
Keen to raise the awesomeness of Arch Hill & help others realise how much a gem this really is π

Can the non-sanctioned trail builders please stop trashing the trails!
We are unsure who you are, however in the recent past week a lot of damage has been done to the trails; changing directions, trees over the track, unsanctioned jumps being built etc. Overall tons of damage π
We love the enthusiasm, however please attend a working bee and help us then.
Thanks,
Leo from the Trail Fairies

Beautiful day for it! Remember working bee on the lower trails today from 10am. Meeting at the trail map - best access is from the Ivanhoe Rd side.

Working Bee Sat 18 Feb, meeting at the trail map at 10am ππ
The lower trails aren't quite in a rideable state since the cyclone π - there is a lot of leaf litter and overhanging branches that need to be tidied up. One good working bee with a decent turn out should be enough to get these back in action - so please come along and lend a hand if you can! Remember all the track building and maintenance at Arch Hill relies on volunteers :)
We will have some tools available, but extra pruning gear and rakes will come in handy. Please enter from the western Ivanhaoe Rd side as the track down from the library needs some work to make it safe, and access from the eastern Commercial Rd/Cooper St side hasn't been cleared yet.
There have been a few slips affecting upper trails (Heaven, Wishing Well & Logan's Run) so please stay away from these areas for the time being. Keep an eye on the page/message us to join the crew chat for future working bees to fix up these trails.

Heads up - with all the rain there have been a few slips around the reserve that have made even the shared path dangerous. Please steer clear of the the tracks for now while the council assesses the damage.

Donβt forget - working bee today 10am-3pm on Loganβs Run ππ
29/11/2022
Working Bee ππ this Sunday (4 Dec) on the exit of Heaven/entry of Logan's Run, 10am-3pm. We'll be doing mostly track building with a bit of pruning and rubbish removal on the side. All volunteers welcome! (even if you can only do an hour or two).
Message the page if you'd like to be added to the Arch Hill track building/maintenance group for more frequent working bee planning and updates.
