Calling all Yogis,
Term 2 yoga starts soon:
Wednesday 22nd April, 6:30pm - 7:45pm (during the school term).
All Saints Church Hall, 181 Hinemoa St, Birkenhead. No need to book, just turn up.
Join us in a fun and relaxed weekly Hatha Vinyasa Yoga class.
This is an open class and all are welcome but as its a fairly dynamic class if you're an absolute beginner then you may prefer to attend a more gentle beginners yoga class/course instead.

Term 3 yoga starts 16th July, Wednesday nights, 6:30pm - 7:45pm, (during the school terms.)
All Saints church hall (the hall is behind the church), 181 Hinemoa St Birkenhead.
No need to book, just turn up.
$17 casual or $115 for 10 week term pass.

Develop more strength, flexibility, balance, peace and calm. Its a supportive and friendly environment.
This is Hatha Vinyasa style, a fairly dynamic style of yoga, so some yoga experience is preferred, but practice at your own pace. Its not exactly a beginners class, so if you're an absolute beginner or looking for a gentle/beginners class maybe this class isn't so suitable, but you're welcome to give it a try.

181 Hinemoa St, Birkenhead. All Saints church hall. Follow the path to the left of the church, through the white picket fence and the hall is located behind the church.
No bookings needed, just turn up. See poster.
