Conditioning/Sprint Training:
- Warm Up Properly!
- 10 x 22m & Back @ 60%
- 5 x 5m Sprints @ 90-100%
- 5 x 10m Sprints @ 90-100%
- 5 x 22m Sprints @ 90-100%
- 10 x 44’s @ 70-80% (Every 30 secs)
- 3 x Full Field Shuttles @ 80%
- 10 x Change of angle, each side @ 70-80%
- Enter ruck, Back to feet, Shuffle & Sprint 5m
44’s:
- Out to the 22m line, down to your chest, Back to the goal line.
Complete 10 times in a row, on every 30 secs. Then have 2 mins rest before completing again. Do 3 rounds.
