Most women don’t struggle because they’re doing the wrong things…
They struggle because they expect results too quickly.
You start eating better for a few days…
you don’t see changes…
and you think it’s not working.
But your body doesn’t work on urgency.
It works on consistency over time.
Muscle takes time to build.
Fat takes time to lose.
Habits take time to stick.
And that’s where most women quit.
Not because it’s not working…
but because it’s working slower than they expected.
If you can stay patient while staying consistent, everything changes.
That’s the real skill.

Some people will always have something to say when you start taking care of yourself.
You start training…
eating better…
sleeping earlier…
drinking less…
And instead of support, you get sarcasm or jokes.
But here’s the truth most adults eventually realise:
Not everyone is trying to improve their life.
So not everyone will understand when you start improving yours.
Modern life makes it easy to drift into habits that slowly affect your health… stress, poor sleep, constant rushing, low movement, and mindless eating.
So choosing to take control of your routine isn’t extreme.
It’s just rare.
And in a world where fast food and convenience are everywhere…
discipline isn’t about restriction.
It’s about self-respect.
Start where you are.
Do what you can.
Ignore the noise.

Supplements didn’t fix health… they just made people stop learning how to eat properly.
And that’s the real problem.
Most people don’t need more powders, pills, or gummies.
They need basic meals they can actually stick to.
But that’s not sexy, so it got replaced.
Now we’ve got expensive urine and still confused nutrition.
After 35, fat loss isn’t a supplement problem…
it’s a food + habit problem.
If that annoys you, it probably needed to be said.

It’s funny… but this is exactly how a lot of people think fat loss works.
One “bad” meal = instant weight gain.
And then weeks (or months) of punishment to “fix it.”
That’s not how your body works.
You don’t gain 3kg of fat from a couple slices of pizza.
And you don’t need to suffer for months to get back on track.
What actually matters is what you do most of the time.
One meal won’t ruin your progress…
just like one “perfect” day won’t transform your body.
Consistency over time is what changes everything.
So enjoy your pizza, get back to your routine, and stop treating fat loss like a punishment.

Six months without you, Piha… but love doesn’t know how to count time.
You’re still so here with us.
In the quiet moments, in the habits that never left, in the little gaps of the day where I still expect you to show up.
Some days it still hits like it just happened. Other days it feels like you’re just out of sight, somewhere running free.
Run free, my soul dog. You are everywhere 🤍🐾
