It’s just rare.

discipline isn’t about restriction.

It’s about self-respect.

Now we’ve got expensive urine and still confused nutrition.

It’s funny… but this is exactly how a lot of people think fat loss works.

One “bad” meal = instant weight gain.
And then weeks (or months) of punishment to “fix it.”

That’s not how your body works.

You don’t gain 3kg of fat from a couple slices of pizza.
And you don’t need to suffer for months to get back on track.

What actually matters is what you do most of the time.

One meal won’t ruin your progress…
just like one “perfect” day won’t transform your body.

Consistency over time is what changes everything.

So enjoy your pizza, get back to your routine, and stop treating fat loss like a punishment.

If your weight goes up around your cycle… it’s not fat gain.

Your body is simply doing what it’s supposed to do.

Hormonal changes can cause fluid retention, bloating, and even small shifts in organ size…
which means the scale can go up for a few days.

That doesn’t mean you’re doing anything wrong.
And it definitely doesn’t mean you’re going backwards.

The problem is… most women see that number and panic.
They eat less, overthink everything, or feel like they’ve “failed.”

When in reality… your body will regulate itself in a few days.
