Everything I am and everything I have achieved is because of my Mum and Dad.
Growing up my parents gave as much as they ever could to give us the best life possible. I’ll never forget that and although I’ll never be able to repay them, I will always try. ❤️❤️❤️

10 weeks.
Started at 108kg, cut down to a very lean 102kg and now sitting at 120kg. We will add another 5-10 quality KGs on this over the next few months before we carve things down and get nasty for a couple comps.
One of the biggest additions to his arsenal since starting was showing him the level of intensity in the gym that is required for optimal results. Good thing about guys like Cam is they take what you say and execute it every single day...and it shows.

75kg to 80kg and leaner in only 4 weeks.
I get a lot of inquiries from young guys saying they want to progress but what a lot of them want is the secrets that don’t exist.
When they want to grow and they are truly committed to the process EVERY DAY this is what happens. Over time this accumulates. Great physiques don’t just appear from nothing in 2 months of being on a plan.

PLEASE READ‼️‼️‼️
This time last year came to me because he was sick of living like he was. He was sick of spending his weekends binge drinking, smoking and eating out of brown paper bags every day. It wasn’t our first attempt, but going into a new year he was ready to win.
6 months later and we were down 30kg, 6 weeks of this time was during a lockdown.
The reason I’m posting this is to show how powerful a New Years resolution can truly be. I see a lot of people taking the p**s out of them and I roll my eyes at these people because it shows their ignorance and inexperience as coaches or fitness enthusiasts.
If you have a goal this year, don’t be disheartened by negative opinions. Stick to your goal and work hard. “New year, new me” is a mindset that can totally transform your life or the life of someone around you.
