Our kids classes are returning in January with 2x classes per week to keep your kids active throughout the summer break!!
We will commence Monday 5 January and run through to Wednesday 28 January.

That's a wrap Tuesday crew!!! How nice to finish at 8:30pm and it's still light! These ladies have to be commended for showing up every week throughout the year even when its dark and cold outside. They're looking strong and they never say no to trying what I throw at them 😅 Well done all of you 👏👊 See you in 2026!

MEET OUR POWER SQUAD!!!
Three weeks in and our first ever kids class are crushing it! We have a great time together, and are loving the process as we educate them about the fundamentals of movement in the gym environment.
In a few weeks we will be opening regsitrations for 2026! Keep an eye out to grab your child a space or message if you have any queries.
