I remember the day you looked at me like this. We had just brought you back from the vet, and everything had started going downhill for you. The look in your eyes told me you knew something wasn’t right and as if you were sorry for not being your perfect little self. Little did we know what the next 10 days would bring. I miss your little soul every day.

You gave me that same look on other occasions too—like when you were just 8 to 12 weeks old, still learning to control your bladder and bowel movements. You’d try so hard to signal at the door, but if I was too slow to let you out, you’d have an accident. Then you’d look up at me with those eyes as if to say, “Sorry, Daddy. I tried my best, but I’m still too small.”

I always understood how hard you tried, even as a tiny pup. You were perfect. ♥️

1:42pm today, our little girl barely made it to 5 months before having to say our goodbyes. Life's a sick joke at times. She was the most loving, kind hearted soul of a dog I've ever met. If you didn't meet her, I wish you did. She was all tail wags, belly rubs and a whole lot of best friend wrapped up in the softest of fur Coates ♥️ you'll be missed daily my little girl. I hope wherever you are now, you're no longer suffering and keep growing into the girl we never got to see. Love you Maizy. X

Never properly focused on drying to develop the mid/upper back region. I've been doing so the last 8 weeks and starting to see the difference which is great.

Training for over a decade now, results are always minimal. I've seen this as an opportunity to really change my training all over. I haven't done any shoulder pressing in almost 12 months now. I don't perform quad Extentions anymore, I focus more on high rows over low rows, performing pull ups over pull downs and smashing hamstrings far more than quads with it always being a weak point of mine.

One thing I've noticed thus far, I no longer have shoulder pain, my bench press is getting easier at heavier weights with no shoulder discomfort and overall life is gradually improving. Still have tendonitis here and there to work through and out of hopefully but I love this process and learning along the way. 🙏 If you guys need help with training, nutrition, bringing up weak points or working around injuries and rehab reach out 👌 Nothings better than having someone to look after you who truly LOVES it.

16 years old here after 3 months of solid weight training and eating eggs, teagal takeout chicken and a bucket load of rice everyday before school, at school and after school. All it takes is consistency. Work on your craft day in, day out and you'll succeed. The only excuses are the ones you're making.

Back workout while I work around some injuries from overuse 😅 awesome way to De-load after some intense training or want a new way to stimulate muscle growth 💪

Performing eccentric training is a great way to maximize time under tension which is one of the key ingredients to facilitate muscle growth.

For example... I performed iso rows for 5 sets of 6 reps in the beginning. Total time taken for me to complete the set was about 40s. Which is also how long it would take me to perform 15-20 reps at a normal pace with less weight.. The benefit of this is you are able to load more weight, creating more mechanical tension and its specifically on the muscle being performed slowly instead of loading up through connective tissues as much.

Do you often say "I'll try", "I want too but...", "I can't because", "I'll start tomorrow or next week"

Do you often switch off when people try to help or get defensive either raising your voice or verbally attacking the person? If you're one of those people, you probably want to switch off and even keep scrolling. I urge you to read on.

If so, you're living with a victim mentality, not holding yourself accountable and hiding behind comfort and familiarity of your daily life because it's easy... it doesn't make you happy though, does it? Why? We as humans like easy... Who wants to make their lives harder right? You can either live an easy life that gets harder or live a life where you CHOOSE to pick the hardest challenges that better YOU and make LIFE easy... You choose. I know what I'd prefer.

Leave the words of excuses behind you TODAY. YOU Are strong enough to live and BE in that life you dream of. You just have to ACT. Everyday you fall victim to yourself, you strengthen that behaviour, making it harder and harder to get out of. Like anything, dicipline and accountability is something you must train to engrain into yourself. Which will evantually become habit.

Tell yourself "I will" instead of ill try. Tell yourself "I am", instead of I want too, tell yourself "I'm starting today" and not tomorrow or next week. The manager or owner of the job youre in didn't get there by being lucky, they got there by CHOOSING to work when nobody else wouldn't. The guy you know who's a millionaire... Yeah, he's a millionaire because he CHOSE to wake up and get the hard yards in everyday when nobody else would. Look for answers, not excuses and your life will change for the better. 🙏

DOES DIETING MAKE YOU WEAKER? 🤔 💭

In theory, yes. You would expect to become weaker dieting down consuming less energy than you expend BUT this is no excuse.

Why? Think about this... We all have bodyfat. What is bodyfat? It is STORED ENERGY! So regardless if you're in a deficit or not 12% or 6% bodyfat. If you train right, you can still maintain strength and even get stronger because you have the stored energy required, so use it!

Tonight I got this video as proof. You will never hear me make the excuse "I can't lift the same as I normally would because I'm dieting". Once you start saying or even thinking that, you're creating a mental roadblock you need to overcome before you've even tried. Ive done this at my strongest and now again 12kg lighter...

The secret is to one, never make an excuse as stated above. The second is ALWAYS push yourself in a smart, periodised fashion. I know my strength has theoritcally dropped so I avoid 1 rep Max's. BUT, if you could do 10 reps on 180kg, and now you can only get 7 reps at 180kg. You may think you've gotten weaker but you're still lifting the same weight AND. Based on kg lifted per kg of bodyweight. You may find you're actually STRONGER! 💪

So don't start making excuses, it's just you using it at as a reason to slack off and be lazy. I know you have it in you 💪 for coaching, click the link in my bio! My new strength program has just been added with a glute focus strength program for females!
