Beach Yoga! Yoga classes on Kohimarama Beach, Auckland, Aotearoa (NZ). Toilets, showers & changing rooms available right there at the beach.
Also SUP yoga, thanks to SUP with Chris for providing boards and support. 1st SUP Yoga in NZ!

Aprils events up, SUP season will likely draw to a close during April so get in soon if you want to do it!! Beach will carry on a little longer, but likely not long after we will move inside the Yacht Club, so long as there is interest.

All sources, including Chris, are reporting the weather to be bad tomorrow, so I'm afraid there is no Beach or SUP Yoga, and as the Yacht Club is unavailable this weekend, we cannot relocate there either this week :( Hope it improves for next week, see you then!

Sorry guys, not enough people going so we can't go ahead at the Yach Club. Back on the sand next week though!
