Why do I Coach? To open another’s mind to the potential of the human body. I coach my athletes because I enjoy watching them flourish as individuals.

To see one of my athletes gain newfound strength or reach limits they once believed were impossible, those are the moments worth working towards. I am here to redefine my team’s perception of themselves, to help them feel more comfortable in their own skin, and to help my team succeed in other areas of life as a result of succeeding in the gym. That’s why I coach. So whether you are training for a

This workout consists of two simple exercises; squats and lunges. The underlying challenge is in your tempo and discipline with rest times.

BLOCK A: 15 SQUATS (10 SETS)
-3 seconds on the way down, full exertion on the way up and straight back into your next rep. While squatting, focus on gripping the ground with your feet, so that your big toe, pinky toe and heel are all firmly planted on the ground. For further tension, visualize dragging your feet apart to create greater tension in the glutes and quads.

BLOCK B: 10 LUNGES EACH LEG (10 SETS)
-Same tempo as the squats, and same intensity in each rep. Aim for maximal exertion on the way up, creating as much force as possible.

ALL REST PERIODS ARE 30 SECONDS.

This is where it becomes challenging. Starting your next set as soon as the rest period finishes, and maintaining the same intensity the whole way through. Be honest with yourself and stay focused. Push yourself with every rep and you'll reap some serious rewards.

Simple workout this time round but it's a goodie for sure πŸ’ͺπŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

You have 1 minute per exercise for as many rounds as you can.

EXERCISES (w/regressions bracketed)

10 situps (or crunches)

10 pushups (or kneeling pushups)

10 squats (or you can sit on a bench and stand up from that)

ADD 5 REPS TO EACH EXERCISE AFTER EACH ROUND.

Repeat this cycle for as many rounds as you can. I made it to 6 rounds (last round was overtime with reps for both pushups and squats). This meant that on my last set I had 40 situps in one minute, 40 pushups in the next minute, and 40 squats in the following minute. Because I failed making reps in the pushups and squats, my workout ended.

This workout is a sneaky killer but it's great to do in any space and man it burns haha.

Let me know how ya go and remember to stop if your technique turns to s**t ✌
