Auckland Roller Derby League (ARDL)

After our announcement in May of our merger with PCR, we are finally saying goodbye to our incredible league ARDL as we head into the new year.

From international tournaments to home team games, it has been an eventful 14 years since our founding members created this amazing community; full of support, competitions, bruises, hard-fought leads and lockdowns - these pictures only show a tiny snippet of the colourful history of our league and the members who made it so.

As hard as it is to say goodbye to our league and chapter of roller derby in Aotearoa, we are incredibly excited as we move forward, together with our new teamies, as the Volcanic City Rollers.

Dunedin’s Triple Header!! Last weekend ARDL headed down to Dunedin to play in a triple header event against ’s Bonnie brawlers and 💙💜💚

Last weekend we had a blast playing joined by our friends from 💙🧡🖤

It was an awesome evening of derby with ARDL taking the win 218 to 143 💪 and a special congratulations to our MVJs, MVBs and MVP of the evening 🎖️🎖️
