We are opening up the SWAT bootcamp to everyone for the last week leading in to Christmas.
Sessions are 6-7pm Mon/Wed/Fri 17th/19th/21st
So message us if you want to get on board for this last week with the SWAT team.

Best sporting memory and (sporting Hero): being carried as a young boy by Cassius Clay (Muhammad Ali) for over an hour at my Grandfather’s boxing gym in London and meeting Mohammad Ali two more times in recent years GREAT!
Another great session this morning for the boys at 6am...great way to start the day...gorgeous sunrise. I hear their is lots of complaining and talking! So perhaps you could take it up another notch...but not sure if that could keep them quiet either lol. Well done boys, keep up the good work.
Welcome everyone who has recently joined SWAT. From a training point of view, what kind of questions would you like answered.
We want to answer all questions regardless of whether you feel they are silly or not.
SWAT is for everyone and where you get to work at your own level of fitness. If everyone is working to their own capabilities, they will have no idea whether you have done 8 reps or 20 reps.
We are here to ensure you succeed. :)
Come on down everyone and give it a go...Fridays sessions are open to try it out and see what you think. 6am and 9am sessions. See you by the basketball court, Orewa beach.
