5 years ago, Yoann walked in with zero classes.
Yesterday he left us with 200 classes and a toddler under his belt!
To get there, he weathered a one-year hiatus, dislocated shoulder (just one week after coming back!), surgery (with a 250 day recovery break) and welcoming a baby.
With this never-give-up spirit there'll be plenty more gain to be had in Europe!
Hope to see you for another 200 (or more) sessions in the future Yoann, and thanks for introducing the family to Muay Thai.

Winter is coming. And we’re kicking off our Winter Warrior challenge on Monday June 8.
This year, YOU choose the prize.
We have two design concepts:
Team Snowy (A) and
Team Beanie (B).
The design with the most votes becomes the official 2026 Winter Warrior shirt for everyone who finishes the challenge.
The Mission: 8 Weeks. 2 Classes a week (16 total). No Excuses. But....
we know the reality of winter. It gets cold, you or the kids get the sniffles, and commitments keep you from training. We want you on the mats consistently, but we also know life gets in the way.
So, if you can’t make your 2 classes in a week, we are introducing the Winter Warrior “Buy-In.”
If genuinely can’t make it to training, you can still hit your 2x weekly check-in.
How the Buy-In works:
1️⃣ Do 50 Pushups OR Walk 5,000 steps.
2️⃣ Record it on your phone/smartwatch.
3️⃣ Tag us in your story OR email us the proof.
We will manually credit you for one WW buy-in class that week. Why? Because building a bulletproof habit of consistency is way more important than panic-cramming 7 classes in your last week.
Note: You must have an active, unpaused membership for the duration of the 8 weeks to be eligible for the rewards!
The challenge runs from Monday, June 8 to Sunday, August 2.

11 years.
Last night we got to see what we built - off the mats.
Mini golf, pool, karaoke, cake - but honestly?
The best part was watching the same energy that lives inside JAI show up outside. Hearing how training has changed your lives. Meeting your partners, kids, and mates.
That's the thing nobody tells you about Muay Thai.
The fitness is the entry point.
The relationships are what make it stick.
To everyone who came - thank you.
To everyone who couldn't - you're just as much a part of this.
JAI wouldn't be JAI without you.
