Most people think they need to heal every part of their past before they can truly move forward. WRONG.
Iโve seen it happen in & out of workโpeople using their trauma as a reason for bad behaviour, staying stuck, or giving up. โ

I used to feel like I was full of potential, but something kept holding me back.
I believed others were the problem:
๐ชฒ They didnโt value my ideas.
๐ชฒ They didnโt recognise my strengths.
๐ชฒ They didnโt trust me to lead or make tough calls.
And it showedโat work, in relationships, even in my health.
Frustration pushed me to re-evaluate:
how I worked, how I lived, and how I could step into the person I was built to be.
๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฒโ๐ ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐ ๐น๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฑ:
โIt wasnโt about others seeing my potentialโit was about showing them my results.

By the second week of February, as many as ๐ด๐ฌ% of resolutions are already broken. Fast forward to the end of the year, and only ๐ด% are kept. ๐คฏ
So, what can you do to smash it this year? ๐
1. Write it down.
Writing your goals down increases the likelihood of achieving them by 42%.
2. Focus on the systems, not the goal.
Goals are good for planning, and systems are good for actually making progress.
Ask yourself: ๐๐ฉ๐ข๐ต ๐ฉ๐ข๐ฃ๐ช๐ต๐ด ๐ฅ๐ฐ ๐ ๐ฏ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ฅ ๐ต๐ฐ ๐ฃ๐ถ๐ช๐ญ๐ฅ ๐ต๐ฐ ๐ข๐ค๐ฉ๐ช๐ฆ๐ท๐ฆ ๐ต๐ฉ๐ช๐ด? ๐๐ฉ๐ข๐ต ๐ธ๐ช๐ญ๐ญ ๐ ๐จ๐ช๐ท๐ฆ ๐ถ๐ฑ ๐ช๐ฏ ๐ณ๐ฆ๐ต๐ถ๐ณ๐ฏ?
3. Ask WHY is this goal important?
Dig deep. If you can't answer this with something that resonates deeply, the goal might not be worth pursuing.
4. Catch your self-talk.
Recognise when your self-talk is working against you and challenge it.
Acknowledge that voice, and then take action anyway!
5. How will you keep yourself accountable?
Accountability is the bridge between intention and ex*****on.
Find someone to check in with or set regular milestones to track your progress.

Itโs exhausting.
In just one year, weโve switched up Sahaแธฅ's marketing strategy four times. ๐คฏ Yep, thatโs startup lifeโfiguring out what works and what doesnโt while juggling a million moving parts.
But letโs be honest, itโs tough not to feel:
๐ Like nothingโs working
