I used to feel like I was full of potential, but something kept holding me back.

I believed others were the problem:
๐Ÿชฒ They didnโ€™t value my ideas.
๐Ÿชฒ They didnโ€™t recognise my strengths.
๐Ÿชฒ They didnโ€™t trust me to lead or make tough calls.

And it showedโ€”at work, in relationships, even in my health.

Frustration pushed me to re-evaluate:
how I worked, how I lived, and how I could step into the person I was built to be.

๐—›๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ฒโ€™๐˜€ ๐˜„๐—ต๐—ฎ๐˜ ๐—œ ๐—น๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐—ฑ:
โœŠIt wasnโ€™t about others seeing my potentialโ€”it was about showing them my results.

By the second week of February, as many as ๐Ÿด๐Ÿฌ% of resolutions are already broken. Fast forward to the end of the year, and only ๐Ÿด% are kept. ๐Ÿคฏ

So, what can you do to smash it this year? ๐Ÿ‘‡

1. Write it down.
Writing your goals down increases the likelihood of achieving them by 42%.

2. Focus on the systems, not the goal.
Goals are good for planning, and systems are good for actually making progress.

Dig deep. If you can't answer this with something that resonates deeply, the goal might not be worth pursuing.

4. Catch your self-talk.
Recognise when your self-talk is working against you and challenge it.
Acknowledge that voice, and then take action anyway!

5. How will you keep yourself accountable?
Accountability is the bridge between intention and ex*****on.
Find someone to check in with or set regular milestones to track your progress.

Itโ€™s exhausting.

In just one year, weโ€™ve switched up Sahaแธฅ's marketing strategy four times. ๐Ÿคฏ Yep, thatโ€™s startup lifeโ€”figuring out what works and what doesnโ€™t while juggling a million moving parts.
