Itās no surprise that Iām a movement instructor and nutrition coach ā my beautiful mother shaped so much in me.
From working out with her to Cindy Crawford and Heather Locklear video tapes, to her dropping me at endless dance classes. To her making us homemade soy milk in the early 2000s because I was intolerant to dairy. To focusing on our bodiesā health with naturally rich, collagen-rich meals like slow-cooked stews.
She also taught me how to slow down and honour my body.
As a single working mum, she still managed to take quick little power naps, and carve out time to sip her tea. Meals were never rushed ā we ate slowly, savouring every bite.
Despite our busy lives, we can all choose to live a little slower and more mindfully. It doesnāt mean stopping everything ā just focusing on what matters, and quieting the outside noise.
Letās bring back the āslow life.ā

Even as a nutrition coach and Pilates instructor I can lose touch with myself.
Put me in a class with my ladies and the music on ā I come alive š„ That part never gets robotic.
But life outside of class? As a mother of 3, I can sometimes get on autopilot.
A few days away with my family last week got me out that feeling. And I came back remembering what itās all about!
We already know what is āhealthy.ā Thatās not where the work is.
The real work is:
š§ the psychology underneath our habits
š½ļø our eating patterns ā not just what we eat, but why and when
š the patterns we repeat without noticing
š£ļø the way you talk to ourself when no oneās listening
Itās all connected. And itās exactly what I build into every session with my clients ā movement that makes you stronger, more confident , more you, paired with real food and habit work that actually makes it stick.
No trends, no extremes. Just women getting stronger, calmer, and more connected to themselves ā inside and out.
If youāre feeling stuck, or just not quite yourself, and need a reset to come back to you ā Iām here to help.
š Comment āRECONNECTā and Iāll send you the first small shift I give my clients to start feeling like themselves again š
For those who know my classes you will know that I LOVE working the posterior chain - your back body: shoulders, mid back, glutes and hamstrings. So good for your posture!! Oh and everyoneās favourite: the tricep dips š¤©
Then there is your power house - your core! Iāve also been weaving in more mobility work too and the combination has been great on the body!
So grateful for my days with š¤
The ladies in my classes are feeling it - and seeing it.
Stronger, more balanced, moving better in their everyday lives. Not from one thing, but from the combination: strength, Pilates, functional movement, mobility and balance all woven together.
Intensity shouldnāt be constant. It comes in waves - pushing when the body needs it, restoring when it needs that too. Thatās how we regulate, recover and feel it from the inside out š
Strength-focused fusion: Pilates principles meet weight training.
Dumbbells, slow controlled reps targeting arms, legs, glutes and core. Full body movement with purpose šŖ

There is beauty and strength in keeping things simple.
Going back to basics. So we can feel empowered rather than feeling stuck getting lost with all the trends.
I love empowering my clients, giving the tools so everyone can make the right decisions for their own body and their unique life.
I know we are all overwhelmed with the latest trends and tips etc.. but letās trust ourselves again!
Here is what I teach:
ā
practical nutrition you can adapt to your family, your schedule, your life
ā
movement that challenges you but leaves you energised-not depleted. And yes it does help with your body composition š
ā
mindfulness practices that calm your nervous system. Sitting while you eat. Gratitude, prayer, breathing. Whatever resonates with YOU.
Because when our mind is calm, our body can feel safe.
I create a support system.
But YOU do the work.
YOU make it yours.
YOU feel good again.
Thatās back to basics. Feeling empowered š¤©
As a mum of 3, I know we donāt have time for complicated and I find calmness in simplicity and peace of mind.
So I give you the tools, the guidance and the support. Then you adapt it to YOUR life ā¤ļø itās liberating, freeing and best of all - you can see and feel the results!
Iāve been quiet. School holidays, family being sick⦠life happened.
But it gave me something valuable: space to step back from the noise and remember what actually matters.
Going back to basics.
Real, nourishing food that feels good. Consistent, mindful movement that energises you, not depletes you.
As I grow in this work, Iām less interested in trends and more focused on whatās always worked: listening to your body, honouring what it needs, and creating sustainable habits you can actually maintain.
Thatās why in my classes, we focus on FORM - but always with music, so youāre moving to the beat and feeling GOOD. Because movement should feel joyful, not punishing.
Thatās why in my nutrition coaching, we focus on real foods and sustainable habits - no restrictions, no extremes. Just helping you feel like yourself again.
Classes:
Mon, Tue, Fri 9:15am - 10:15
Private classes available
Whether you need movement or nutrition support (or both!), Iām here. Letās go back to basics together.

Sometimes the strongest thing we can do is slow down. Sometimes the most mindful thing is to challenge ourselves. Itās about finding that push and pull that works for our body, our life, our season.
As women over 40, weāre constantly bombarded with conflicting fitness and nutrition advice. Go harder, lift heavier, endless confusion about whether cardio is good or bad, and donāt even get me started on the diet trends that change faster than the weather.
But hereās what Iāve learned through my own journey and working with amazing women: our bodies are wise. They know when we need to push and when we need to pull back.
Some days we lift heavier weights and challenge ourselves. Other days we focus on balance work, mobility, and breath.
Some days we need that cardio burst for our heart health. Other days we need gentle movement that honours where we are.
This mindfulness extends beyond movement into how we nourish ourselves. Taking time to sit down for meals, even when life is rushing around us.
Preparing food like weāre painting a beautiful picture. Bringing old wisdom into our modern, busy lives.
Itās not about perfection. Itās about finding that balance between strength and grace, between challenging ourselves and listening deeply to what our body actually needs.
Thatās what I teach - not the noise, but the wisdom of listening to what you actually need. Because sometimes the most revolutionary thing we can do is trust ourselves.
If youāre tired of the confusion and ready to move and eat with intention, Iād love to support you on this journey.
