Retreat complete! Thank you all for joining. It was a privilege to use the hall and enjoy its beautiful surroundings. We even caught the cows’ attention with our chanting, and our little fur baby showed us the perfect Shavasana and art of stillness. Looking forward to the next one!🧘‍♀️

They say “muscle knows no age”, but the mind let itself be fooled into thinking otherwise, and body simply follows mind’s lead. ✨
