WE ARE FULL FOR THIS WEEK!

BOOTCAMP at the park is back!

πŸ‘‹ I've had a few requests around whether I will be offering a bootcamp style training option in the park now that Auckland is at level 3. The answer is yes! ..but it's weather dependent and I'm legally only allowed 9 clients plus myself.

We will be having our sessions at Grey lynn park as it's more reliable in Spring as Coyle park is still a bit mushy at the moment.. and the Westmere School grounds are currently still locked at L3.

If you're interested or know anyone who is (newbies always welcome!) πŸ˜€ message me so I know you're planning on coming so we can maintain 9 people per class.

Details are below:

Date: This Wednesday, 13th October
Where: The Dryden St side of the park on or near the small netball court and bike ramps.
Time: 6.15pm start for 45mins.
Bring: your own mat / mask / water bottle.

This will be more of an ease back into exercise session since and you'll be able to take it at your own pace.

I'll be wearing a mask at all times, I'm double vaxed and I have a QR code you can scan in with πŸ‘Š the group will be spaced out with at least 2m per person. Since we are outside and you'll be 2m apart it is your choice whether you wear a mask or not.

Cost is the same: $18 pp for the full 45min stretch, workout and cool down.
