These 20 individuals were switched on and focused, I can sense some talented and passionate future yoga instructors in this group ✨

I LOVE what I do, the sharing of knowledge is an amazing gift to be able to give β€οΈπŸƒ

I know that everyone has a tricky customer like this in the studio where Tx extension is virtually impossible so give this a try next time you are stuck and other positions just aren't working 😬 I'm trying to keep the cueing really simple so it doesn't distract or overload Alan here☺️ Normally I would also be giving some tactile cueing to help things along. If you need to block Lx extension cross your hands and press upwards into Tx/Lx junction and downwards into sacrum simultaneously. Clients love this and it really helps them move from the Tx πŸ‘ŒπŸ» Remember that improving Tx mobility can offload the lumbar by up to 50% so let's get moving! Also Alan loves his golf so extension is super important for him so his swing isn't blocked by unwanted flexion πŸ˜‰
