ONE TEAM
“One Team” is one of our GKB playbook principles that helps boxers perform well, learn, and grow together.
Three roles in the team:
🥊 Coach – guides, educates, and supports the boxer and the team.
🥊 Boxer – learns how to box and commits to the process.
🥊 Teammates – work together towards a common goal, supporting and challenging each other to grow.
When everyone plays their role, the team becomes stronger, and the boxer has the best opportunity to succeed.
