Ever thought about training with personal trainer? There are so many reasons why to do it - accountability, structure, guidance, injury prevention, motivation, tailored programmes for individual needs, etc. 👌
👍 I hear quite often "oh, first I want to get fit and then I will train with a trainer..." let the trainer to make you fit from the beginning! There is higher chance you will stay on track and reach your goals! And mainly - you will have more fun and the training will be more enjoyable!☺😉

Time to celebrate!❤ if you are concerned about putting some weight on during the holiday season - just control your portions, avoid overeating and mainly - don't stress, because in few days you will be back on track 😊🎄💪.


In my country we have a tradition - baking for Christmas, mainly cookies and Christmas bread. This year a baked some traditional one but also tried to bake some cookies without sugar and flour... it's about the balance 🤷🏼‍♀️😊

Celebrate this Christmas with healthy choices 🤩 try these super easy and super delicious coconut cookies! Just beat 4 egg whites with a pinch of salt (you can also add some stevia), gently mix in 200 g of desiccated coconut and a little bit of vanilla. Gently make little balls and put them on a tray with baking paper. Bake until golden ( for approx. 15 minutes/175°C.).

Locarb bread - easy to make and so delicious!🍞🍞🍞 I saw this recipe few days ago ( ) and wanted to make it so much cause I love bread 🙊🤷🏼‍♀️ had to change the recipe a little bit as I couldn't find the h**p seeds in the store here in Auckland....And also I add some extra chia seeds and linseed♥️
🍞120g almond flour
🍞50g LSA (or grounded h**p seeds)
🍞 30g psyllium
🍞1tsp of baking powder
🍞3 egg whites
🍞salt, cumin
🍞140ml hot water
💪
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl, beat the egg whites and add it to the mixture. Add the hot water, mix it and let it sit for 10 minutes. After ⏰ place it on tray with baking paper and bake it for 50-60 minutes on 175°C.

As you can see on my photo the loaf is not big but is just enough 🙂 so don't expect any leftovers 😊👩‍🍳
