Hey Team! We have had a great few first weeks getting back into training for 2023!

Just adding a few important competitions dates to note down for the upcoming year. We are lucky enough to have some amazing instructors so this should be an exciting year!

TUNZ North Island (New Plymouth) 15th July.
TUNZ Open Championship (Wellington) - 23th - 24th September.
TUNZ Top Of The South (Blenheim) - 21st October.
Auckland - Dates to be confirmed.

Hi all, I hope you have all had a great break!
Our fist class for the year will be next Wednesday, February 8th starting at the usual time of 6.30 pm. Please be on time and in your doboks.
We have a pretty busy schedule planned for this year which will include at least 2 colour belt gradings, a black belt grading and at least 4 tournaments.
Enjoy your last few days of rest and recreation and come next week full of enthusiasm and a positive attitude!
