Camo had a tough road ahead of him before starting his 6 Week Challenge with us. Working full time, running events and djβing most weekends had taken itβs toll π
He wanted to drop some bodyfat and get himself in a healthy routine to balance out the weekend madnesses ππ
After a korero with me on the phone π we decided to focus on creating a sustainable transformation for Bav. He had quite a few gigs lined up and a friends wedding. Instead on restricting Cam we looked for healthy alternatives e.g low carb alcoholic drinks and held him accountable to make sure he was taking action and preparing his meals even after a big night out.
The man did it!! 5.7% body fat down in 7 weeks is HUUUGE considering the βtemptationβ you were up against. Bav put in work, turned up to class consistently and followed his flexible nutritional program to a T! πππ (β¦ when he wasnβt sending it on the weekend)
