Hello everyone,

Apologies for the delay in providing an update, however I am pleased to confirm that the 2023 7's training programme will commence on Monday, 18th September, and Wednesday, 20th September 6.30pm at the Mt Albert Rugby League Club.

Auckland Club 7's event, will be held at Waitamata on the 12th of November 2023.

& don't forget to head in early if you're at Eden Park for The Blues v 'Tahs as the 7s KO at 3pm!

A late invitation to take part in the 2021 National Club 7s out at Ardmore Marist Rugby Club gave us another opportunity to field a team and give some of our boys one last run for the 20/21 season.

With a number of our Ponies boys unavailable - a few new faces getting a chance to put on the blue & black hoops, alongside our regular crew.

The team made it through to the Bowl Finals unfortunately having to default due to low numbers.

🐎 Ponsonby Mens 7s are out at Ardmore Marist Rugby Club competing in the National Club 7s this weekend.
