At Empire, our beginner classes are designed to help you build confidence at your own pace. There are no auditions, no pressure, and no expectation to “be good enough” before you walk through the door.

Just a welcoming community, experienced teachers, plenty of laughs, and a room full of people cheering each other on.

Did you know Empire Studios was purpose-built to be shared with Auckland’s creative community?

From the very beginning, our vision wasn’t simply to build a dance studio, it was to create a home for movement, creativity and connection. A place where artists, teachers, performers, photographers, choreographers, filmmakers, wellness practitioners and community groups could all create under one roof.

Today, Empire is home to five unique studios, welcoming shared spaces and flexible venue hire designed to support everything from private lessons and rehearsals to workshops, showcases, corporate events and creative productions.
