The 16th Annual Pat Walsh tournament.

Winners were a Bowls New Zealand composite team. Colin, Colin and the voice of Bowls - Alex Reid 🙂

Thank you to everyone who participated for your support for making this a successful fundraising event in support of Moari Youth Sports Scholarships.

We wrapped up our Good Home Onehunga Twilight Bowls season tonight with the green absolutely packed – bowlers, kids, supporters and plenty of sideline cheer made for an awesome atmosphere. Finished off with a yummy dinner.

With all teams playing off, the stakes were high across the green. In the battle for 1st place, last round’s champs Jim’s Bowling faced off against Here for the Beers in a thrilling match. It went back and forth all night, with both teams taking a set each. That meant it came down to a nail-biting tie breaker… where Jim’s Bowling snuck in a late bowl closest to the kitty to secure the win and claim the Back-to-Back Champions title! 🏆

🥉 3rd Place – Bridge Ladies

Great day for bowling.

Week 2 of Twilight Bowls was great!

Some seriously close competition, stunning weather, smooth tunes floating across the greens 🎶, and plenty of yummy food to keep everyone fuelled.

A big congrats to this week’s Good Home voucher winners — Lawn Lioness 🥇 with a +11 points differential 👏 well bowled!

Bragging rights were also well and truly on the line between Bowl Job and Team Rocket, with Bowl Job taking the win this time around 💪😏.

So good to see heaps of kids down at the club again, and a massive thank you (as always) to our little helpers drawing the raffle — you legends 🎟️💚.

Shoutout too to the teens in the kitchen who were whipping up some tasty food 🔥🍴.
