From a coaching perspective, This is one of the most fun blocks to program, it’s all about finding what excites and works best for you. Whether it’s pushing through drop sets, experimenting with supersets, or unlocking new PRs. There’s so much variation in how to solicit growth (in efficiency and size) 📈

🔝 Elevate Your Overhead Mobility

Looking to improve your overhead mobility? 🏋️‍♀️
A pullover's the one for just that!

Enhance range of motion hing🦖
Strengthen your core 🌉
connect wit your lats 📞

🔑s to a great pull over

1️⃣Set up with ribs tucked and core engaged

2️⃣Keep the core tight by ensuring the space between the lower back and the floor stays the same throughout

3️⃣Let the weight pull the arms overhead, while you worry about trunk stiffness

4️⃣Once you've reached your limit, hang out for a second before using your beefy lats to pull that weight back

➡️Yes your lats are beefy, doesn't matter who you are, they are your pulling powerhouses, show them some love!

🌟Do the pullovers, build flexibility, gain smoother overheads 🙌🏼
